For music lessons, office hours or consultations, one shared group meeting is not enough: each person needs a separate slot. ZeitFinder first collects available and preferred time windows. During planning, set each person's duration, such as 30, 45 or 60 minutes.

Plan weekly or fortnightly appointments. Where availability allows, two people with fortnightly appointments can share a slot on alternating weeks. Colours and name labels keep the finished timetable clear.

Free solver or optional AI analysis

Direct solver planning needs no AI credits. The solver assigns appointments using availability, durations and planning settings. Depending on the settings, it considers compact days and additional gaps between appointments.

Optional AI can process new planning requests, use the solver or make targeted edits to an existing plan. Free-text requests and details such as instrument or lesson level are considered in AI analysis. A targeted edit is not automatically a new overall optimisation.

Turn a proposal into a usable timetable

Review the proposal and notes before using the timetable. Export it as a PDF or for your calendar. If availability is too limited or requirements conflict, it may not be possible to schedule everyone. The documented solver comparison provides specific timings and test conditions.
