ZeitFinder connects an availability poll with the planning that follows. First collect your group’s availability. Then find a shared meeting or assign people to separate appointment slots. Everything runs in the browser on computers and phones.
Choose days and time windows, such as Monday to Friday from 2 to 8 pm. Participants mark their actual availability within them, dragging with a mouse on a computer or swiping over time cells on a phone. Joining through the shared participant link requires no account.
Available and preferred times remain distinct. This shows both when someone is free and which windows suit them best. Use weekdays for recurring planning or specific dates for one-off events.

Share the participant link and collect availability. Choose each person's duration and frequency, plus your planning settings.
Plan with the solver or optional AI, review the result and export it.
Share only the participant link with your group. Use the private admin link to manage the poll and analyse its results. If comments are enabled, participants can add requests in their own words alongside their time windows.
Direct solver planning needs no AI credits. The solver assigns appointments using availability, durations and planning settings. Depending on the settings, it considers compact days and additional gaps between appointments.
Optional AI can process new planning requests, use the solver or make targeted edits to an existing plan. Free-text requests and details such as instrument or lesson level are considered in AI analysis. A targeted edit is not automatically a new overall optimisation.
Review the proposal and its notes. Depending on the result, export it as a PDF or for a calendar. Optional AI analysis also supports changes and design adjustments within an existing ZeitFinder timetable.
