AI analysis for availability, meetings and timetables

Describe your planning request in your own words. Optional AI analysis uses collected availability and can include comments, additional details and readable uploaded file contents. It can use the solver or make targeted edits to existing plans.

Analyse availability and free-text requests together

Time windows show when people are available and which times they prefer. Comments add context, such as “Before 5 pm on Wednesdays, please” or “Immediately after lunch if possible”. If you enable comments in the poll, AI can consider these notes in your request.

Add details such as instrument or lesson level if relevant. These details are considered exclusively in AI analysis. Describe how they should affect your plan.

PROCESS

How it works

  1. Create

Create a scheduling poll and collect available and preferred times.

  2. Share

Add comments and relevant details where needed. Describe the AI request in the admin area and optionally upload files.

  3. Analysis

Review the proposal, extracted file contents and warnings, then request targeted changes if needed.

Your planning options

Create new plans or edit existing ones

A request might be: “Keep individual appointments as compact as possible, using the recorded availability and durations.” AI can use the specialised ZeitFinder solver for this. You can also start directly with an AI request without first running the solver yourself.

For an existing ZeitFinder plan, request a swap or a move. AI can also adjust colours, titles and highlights within the existing grid. A targeted edit does not automatically mean the whole timetable has been optimised again.

Use PDFs and images as context

Upload PDFs or JPG and PNG images for AI analysis, such as an existing timetable. Readable contents provide context for your request. Check recognised names, times and other details before using the proposal.

AI analysis requires AI credits. Scheduling polls and direct solver planning are free independently of AI. Review results and warnings: unreadable files, conflicting requests or explicitly requested exceptions can affect the result.

Frequently asked questions

Can AI consider free-text notes?

Yes. If you enable comments, participants can add requests in their own words. AI analysis can consider these alongside your instructions and recorded availability.

Which files can I analyse?

Upload PDFs or JPG and PNG images for AI analysis. Check the extracted contents; processing depends in part on readability.

Do I need AI for automatic timetable planning?

No. The direct ZeitFinder solver creates individual timetables for free without AI credits. Optional AI analysis uses AI credit, including when it uses the solver.

Does every AI edit optimise the whole timetable again?

No. AI can use the solver or make individual changes to an existing plan. Check the revised assignments and the accompanying notes.

Create your own availability poll

Set the days and time ranges, then invite your group to enter their availability.
